February Fun

February is a busy but fun month for us. In a matter of 6 days we have....

{VaLeNtInEs DaY}

Theses showed up on my doorstep for me from my Valentine.

You can never go wrong with Roses (2 dozen of them) and chocolates right? And they were GOOD chocolates too, not the crappy cream filled kind. Thanks honey! :)

This is Makayla's Valentine box for her party at school. Kylee helped her with it but I thought it turned out very cute.

It is also my sweet mother in law's Birthday on Valentines day...I love having her as my mom!

Speaking of {BiRtHdAyS}...

Talon celebrated his 10th Birthday along with my Dad on the 13th.

Talon is such a good boy. He is always thinking of others...sometime a little too much...but he is sincere and has such a soft heart. He just finished up his basketball season and his team took first in their division losing only one game. He loved it and even scored his first basket this season!

He is still loving football the most and jamming on his guitar. He got a new amp that is almost like his dad's just on a smaller scale. He loves playing with it and making his own "sounds" on it. I love hearing him play and hope he continues to love playing.

The Cake!

Talon also passed off his Bear in scouts and is now a Weblo! Go TALON!!!

On the 19th our cute and littlest guy turned TWO!!!

"IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!"

Cash had such a fun day...lots of presents, getting to lick the beaters and blowing out candles on the cake!

He is a BIG fan of SpongeBob...which is actually an understatement. He also likes Dora and Diego.

He blew out the candles on his cake pretty good...just needed to blow twice to get them both, but he did it all by himself!

He got lots of SpongeBob things and loves his new buddy! When he opened it he laid on him and started kissing him over and over. He was so cute when opening his presents....He would say "Whoa" with everything, even if it was his clothes. He would also hold up the shirts against him, like he was seeing how they look...it was too funny!

Our morning routine consists of laying him in my bed, turning on SpongeBob, or DOra/Diego if that's not on, and drinking his chocolate Carnation instant breakfast while we snuggle. He also eats a regular breakfast but he is a picky eater and eats such small portions that I like to know he is getting enough vitamins and protein. We go through LOTS of Carnation but at least it eases my mind.

We have added to that routine by cuddling with his new friends....I think I have been replaced. *sniff*

Cash is such a busy, busy boy as I have mentioned numerous times before. He is starting to talk so good. He says all of the kids names. He says "Kylee and Talon" pretty clear but Makayla is more like "Guy-ya" and Hunter is "Tuh-toe"

He loves his siblings and has to have each of them kiss him before they get out of the van and leave for school. If even one of them doesn't kiss him, we have a fit on our hands! I love that he loves his brothers and sisters so much and they in turn think he is pretty dang cute....most of the time.

Cash weighed in at 24 lbs at his 2 year appt. He has dropped from the 50th percentile in weight to the 5th...but he is growing steadily and is in the 25th percentile in height.

He also loves the guitar and will run downstairs anytime he hears Chet or Talon playing, he will grab a small acoustic guitar that we have and start strumming along. I think I might have a family band on my hands before I am through! (But secretly I love it!!!)

He is TROUBLE through and through, but I love watching how his little mind works. He is very curious and inquisitive and...well, a 2 year old little BOY! He tries his hardest to keep up with the other kids and he picks up SO much from them and everything around him...which can sometimes be a not so good thing.

We love our little stinker though...he keeps us busy and on our toes, but I wouldn't trade him for anything or anybody in the world!

We also get to share our Anniversary with Cash! Chet and I celebrated 17 years of marriage on the 19th also.

Our engagement/invitation photo.

I never imagined that I could possibly love Chet more than I did on that day, but I do. It is much deeper and I am so grateful that I get to share my life with him. Marriage is work and we have our moments like any other couple, but through it all I find that my love for him grows with all of the hardships we conquer together.

I am very blessed!

That is our month of February...actually, just a week in February along with everything else that comes with normal life!

*WHEW* I am exhausted.....welcome MARCH!!!

Hi Kim! What a good mom you are! You have the cutest family. I remember when you and Chet got married-we were working at that insurance place on 1300 E. You were so nice to help me get a job!! Awww... fun memories.

Happy anniversary, and birthday to all!

That Valentines box was one of the cutest I have EVER seen!!!
Happy Birthday/Anniversary to the Burr/Fullmer family members! I think Talon looks so much like your dad- kind of funny that they have close b-days.
I wish I lived closer and your boys could teach me and my girls some guitar! :)
